Important Changes to the ICP (E-Commerce) Program
1. When prospects use a mybenefitsplus.com or iboplus.com Web site to enroll for AmeriPlan® benefits, they first will be asked to create an account and establish a personal identification number (PIN). After doing so, the normal enrollment process is followed.
As new services become available, this will give members an account that will allow them to add these new services without having to resubmit their personal and banking information. The new Broker will have a PIN number that will serve as their Broker Support password.
2. All new members and Brokers will receive their ID numbers in 5 to 10 minutes through an e-mail confirmation. The new Brokers will have access to Broker Support and their ICP Web sites (if ordered) within minutes of their confirmation e-mail.
3. An existing Broker who chooses to enter a new Broker or member through e-commerce may now enter these applications through their Broker Support Web site.
4. There is currently one default template (the look of the site) for ICP. Within the next couple of months, AmeriPlan® will offer at no cost alternate templates for every Broker who has signed up for the ICP.
5. Brokers using alternate Web sites may now directly link to the "sign up" page of their mybenefitsplus.com and iboplus.com site by using the following address: http://iboplus.com/name/enroll or http://mybenefitsplus.com/name/enroll
6. The cost of the ICP sites remains the same at $15 per month. However, AmeriPlan® has lowered the cost of ICP Plus (ICP with the SMG sites) from $30 per month to $25 per month. If you are currently on ICP Plus, AmeriPlan® will reduce your fee to $25 in February.
