To make this easy (and to conserve space) we've pre-loaded the text format for some sample email messages into each form box below. Simply right-click inside a box, choose "select all" ...then choose "copy" ...to copy the information. Next paste it into your favorite text editor (notepad or wordpad) ready for copy/pasting into your autoresponders. (Please NOTE: none of these have been "washed" for spam-filter avoidance. Sorry.)

FOLLOWUP with BROKER PROSPECT

OK ... you have someone email you or they left a message on your answering machine/voice mail and they are interested in more information on being a BROKER and making money with us in AmeriPlan®. GREAT. Now what do you do?

PLEASE call this person if at all possible. The FASTER you call them back the BETTER the chances you will enroll them. You will have a far greater ENROLLMENT rate if you call them, verses just emailing them. If you cannot call them (because you do not have a phone number) then of course email them, fax them, or mail to them. But do contact them as QUICKLY as you can.

Here is what some Brokers say in an email follow-up (you can create your own subject line),

If you were unable to follow up with the above referenced prospect by phone when indicated in your email to him/her, here's a reminder follow-up you can use,

Still haven't connected with him/her by phone? Here's one more reminder follow-up you can use,

By now you're probably getting the picture, and realizing how handy an autoresponder can be for your business :o) You're probably ready to begin creating your own by now!
