A Sample Autoresponder Message You Can UseKeep in mind, most autoresponder services have their own style of "merge codes" so you will have to change parts of these samples in order for them to work with your preferred service. Well that brings us on to the next important section of email training - Spam Filters. Spam Filters Could Be Killing Your Business!Most people aren't aware of the massive amount of work that goes into building emails for our Simple As ABC autoresponders. Every email for LEADS and PROSPECTS go through major spam-filter washing to ensure they have at least a 95% chance of getting through to your intended recipients. Why do we do this? Read on... Spam-Filters are both a blessing - and a curse - for many email users, and particularly for online business owners. The blessing ...they get rid of a TON OF JUNK MAIL pouring through the Internet wires. The curse ...false positives tend to delete even legitimate emails from your inbox before you've even read them. Because Spam-Filters are in such frequent use by most major ISPs and email providers, it's often difficult for recipients to get the information they requested, and for senders to get the information to them. Not sure what the filters are blocking? Here's just one example list (from SpamAssassin) to give you an idea. If you're planning on building your own email messages for follow-up, make sure you "wash" them for the filters ...and be sure to submit them to the AmeriPlan® compliance center for review.
